💼 About the Role
As an HTNetwork Support Team Member, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers via support tickets, helping with server hosting questions, setup issues, and troubleshooting problems across a range of services — not just FiveM.
- 🕒 Work when you want – you manage your own schedule.
- 💰 Paid per ticket, not hourly.
- 📈 The more quality tickets you complete, the higher your pay per ticket becomes through our tiered system.
While this is a flexible position, consistent activity and high-quality support are expected. If expectations are not met, your position can be terminated at any time.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18+
- Confident written English communication
- Available to help at least 5 days per week
- Solid understanding of game server hosting (especially FiveM, but not limited to it)
- Basic knowledge of Windows VPS systems, file structures, ports, and networking
- Ability to troubleshoot common server errors and guide customers step-by-step
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
