How to Enable Custom Clothing in HTNFW
Want to level up your server with custom clothing? HTNFW makes it easy—but there’s an important step involving FiveM’s streaming system that you need to know about. Let’s break it down.
🧥 Step 1: Install Custom Clothing via the HTNFW Application
- Open the HTNFW application.
- Navigate to the "Custom Clothing" section.
- Click Install—and HTNFW will automatically add the required clothing files and configuration to your server.
🔓 Step 2: Enable Clothing Streaming with FiveM
FiveM requires a specific feature to be unlocked for custom clothing to stream properly—this is nothing to do with HTNetwork or HTNFW, and has been part of the FiveM platform for years.
You have two options:
✅ Option A: Get FiveM’s Argentum (Element Club) Subscription
- Visit: https://portal.cfx.re/subscriptions/element-club
- Subscribe to the Argentum tier or higher.
- This unlocks support for custom clothing and other streamed assets.

This subscription is not affiliated with HTNetwork or HTNFW.
All billing, support, and account management is handled solely by FiveM (Cfx.re).
🆓 Option B: Limit Your Server to 10 Slots
If you want to avoid the subscription, FiveM allows clothing streaming for free as long as your server has 10 player slots or fewer.
This limitation is a FiveM policy, not something HTNFW controls.
It’s an official workaround provided by FiveM for smaller communities or test environments.

Once the streaming feature is active (through a subscription or the 10-slot limit), your server is ready to load and display custom clothing for players.
