Fixing Antivirus or Browser Blocking HTNetwork Applications

How to Fix Antivirus or Browser Blocking Issues
Step 1: Check Your Antivirus Software
- Open your antivirus software (such as Windows Defender, Avast, Norton, etc.).
- Go to the Quarantine or Threat History section.
- If you see the HTNetwork application listed, click Restore or Allow.
- Add the application's folder (or the downloaded file) to the Exclusions/Exceptions list in your antivirus settings.
- For Windows Defender:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection.
- Click Manage Settings under "Virus & Threat Protection Settings".

Step 2: Check Your Browser
